Hello Friends,

The weather forecast for this Thursday calls for a heat index of 103 degrees. In the interest of safety, comfort and wide attendance, we have decided to move Kate’s welcoming picnic to Friendship Hall at the church.

The format is the same: bring your own supper; we will provide paper goods and cutlery, water and juice. We’ll have a few board games and will set up a sprinkler or two outdoors. Drop in any time between 5 and 7.

Hopefully the August weather will be a little kinder, and we will gather at Elver Park next month.
