Collecting Donations this Sunday, Feb 19 and Tuesday, Feb 21, for Turkish earthquake survivors
Wondering how you can help the survivors of the earthquake in Turkey and Syria? There is a drive at UW-Madison to collect items to send to the Turkish consulate to be flown to Turkey. If you have any of the items listed below to donate, please bring them to ORUCC church on Sunday morning, February 19 or to PartyGras Tuesday, February 21 (5-7pm) and look for the donation box in the Crossroads. We’ll get the items to campus.
- Blankets
- Tents
- Sleeping bags
- Pocket warmers
- Winter clothing (jackets, gloves, hats)
- Over-the-counter (non-expired) medications for flu, cold, and pain (Tylenol, ibuprofen, etc)
Items can be new or in clean-and-gently-used condition. These items only, please!
