Susan Soric and Family?

A family that has started attending ORUCC with the intent to join is currently facing a medical challenge and is requesting some prayer and support. Susan Soric, an ordained minister in the UCC, and her partner Claire Purkis, a social worker, and their children Robin (12) and Harry (9) have lived in the area for a year now. They come from Chicago where they were members at Wellington UCC and have no family here. Tomorrow, on Aug. 24, Susan’s birthday, she’ll have melanoma removal surgery and a diagnostic lymph node biopsy, and for at least a week will be mostly incapacitated. A meal can be dropped off at 113 Steward Dr., Sun Prairie, WI 53590, in containers that do not have to be returned to you.
