Church Leadership Team Opportunities at ORUCC

As we continue to grow and strengthen our church community, we are excited to invite nominations and self-nominations for several important positions within our church leadership team.

We are seeking individuals for the following roles this fall:

 

1.   Treasurer, Associate Treasurer, and Finance Team Members: Responsible for overseeing the church’s finances, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and managing the budget. This group also directs the investments in our Memorial Funds.

 

2.   Members of a Communications and IT (Information Technology) Team: Works to help with our social media, our website, our YouTube channel, and our internal IT teams. This team will select and support software and hardware tools and help promote our church to our members, staff, and to the community.

 

Please don’t be shy — you don’t have to be an expert! If you have an interest and a willingness to learn, we’d like to hear from you. 

We will also be working this Fall to fill open roles on our Ministries and Mission teams. These positions will be for terms starting in January 2025. It is a good time to volunteer at Orchard Ridge UCC! Our Nominations Team is looking to fill several roles and good candidates are always welcome.
