For the first Sunday of Advent our Java and Jesus discussion will focus on finding Hope in the story of the first Christmas and finding Hope in our imperfect lives. Not wistful Hope but tough, gritty Hope. Please read ahead of time and come prepared to discuss a document which includes two short readings. But feel free to come for the discussion even if in this busy season you have not had time to read either of them.
