K-5 Sunday School starts at 9am. This week, we begin our preparation for “The Mystery of Easter.”  Using the “Faces of Easter” curriculum from Godly Play, we will view beautiful images of Jesus and hear stories about his birth, childhood, and how he grew to be a leader. Following the stories, the children will have time to explore sand, observe a variety of crosses, design their own cross, and complete a word search. We'll close with a conversation about baptism (echoing the story of when Jesus was baptized by John the Baptist). Sally Allen and I will guide the children in their learning.
