While many associate Lent with “giving up” something, the traditions of “Fasting, Praying and Almsgiving” are meant to ‘rehearse us’ for Feasting every day with the LIFESTYLE and the LOVESTYLE of Jesus.   in the words of Dr. John Leonard, “Fast from fear and feast on love.
