Celebrating Dianne Stevens and the Greeting Card Ministry with Renewal

Long-time ORUCC members know that since 2003 Dianne Stevens has been selling beautifully crafted “Secrets from the Garden” photo greeting card to support an anti-eviction fund. Her ministry raised over $27,000 that promoted housing stability for many individuals and families in our community.
We are celebrating Dianne’s achievement and ministry by renewing it. It has been Dianne’s desire to pass her supplies and this ministry on to others. Serendipity stepped in with ORUCC members Peg Knueve and LuAnn Greiner teaming up to share their own artistic skills and relaunch this creative effort in both new and familiar ways. On Sunday November 13, 2022 a new line of greeting cards was introduced. “Original Designs” greeting cards feature original artwork and nature photography. Proceeds will continue to be directed to housing stability in our community. These seasonal and special occasion cards are always on display and available for purchase in the Crossroads. Pick up a few after worship or any time you are stopping by ORUCC!
